Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SFCC QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware testing. The candidate will lead QA activities for e-commerce implementations, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA team and manage testing activities for SFCC projects
- Perform storefront, site configuration, and promotion testing
- Create test strategy, test plans, and track QA deliverables
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and client stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards across multiple deployments and regions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software testing experience
- 4+ years of SFCC / Demandware testing
- Experience leading QA teams and working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
