About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled SFCC + PWA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and Progressive Web App (PWA) architecture.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building scalable, high-performance eCommerce storefronts using modern frontend frameworks integrated with SFCC, along with a deep understanding of headless commerce architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SFCC (B2C Commerce) storefront solutions
- Build headless storefronts using modern PWA frameworks
- Integrate SFCC APIs (OCAPI/SCAPI) with frontend applications
- Work on Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) implementation
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement mobile-first and responsive UI designs
- Collaborate with UX, backend, and integration teams
- Handle production releases, bug fixes, and enhancements
- Implement and manage third-party integrations and payment gateways
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SFCC B2C Commerce
- Strong experience with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Controllers
- ISML Templates
- Custom Cartridge Development
- Experience with OCAPI / SCAPI integrations
- Knowledge of Pipelines (legacy exposure preferred)
- Experience in:
- Promotions
- Catalog management
- Pricing & Search configuration
- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce business flows
- Experience with payment gateway and third-party integrations
Progressive Web App (PWA)
- Strong experience in PWA storefront development
- Hands-on experience with React (preferred) / Vue / Angular
- Experience with Salesforce PWA Kit
- Knowledge of Headless Commerce Architecture
- Strong experience with:
- Service Workers
- REST API integrations
- Webpack & Node.js
- Expertise in SEO optimization and performance tuning
- Experience implementing mobile-first responsive designs
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall experience in web/eCommerce development
- Strong expertise in SFCC + PWA integration
- Proven experience in building high-performance, scalable eCommerce solutions
- Ability to work in agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with headless commerce implementations
- Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices architecture
- Prior experience in high-traffic eCommerce platforms
