Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize order processing workflows within Salesforce.
- Maintain data integrity and manage data imports/exports related to order management functions.
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SF OMS-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
- Strong data management and process automation skills within Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules
