Role & Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and consultative services to clients on SF platform functionalities and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist clients in the deployment, configuration, and integration of SF systems with their existing infrastructure.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely problem resolution.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues swiftly.
- Stay updated on the latest SF features, upgrades, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in SF Field Service or similar CRM/support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of product installation and configuration processes
- Preferred
- Certifications related to SF or CRM support (e.g., Salesforce Certified Support Specialist)
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
