- 6+ years of hands‑on experience with multiple SuccessFactors talent modules.
- Strong expertise in:
- Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
- Onboarding (2.0)
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Succession & Development
- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in all the above modules.
- Experience working with global HR teams and multi‑country deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and requirements‑gathering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with Calibration, CDP, and Career Site Builder.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, middleware (Boomi, CPI, Integration Suite).
- Familiarity with Employee Central and other cross‑module integrations.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and large transformation programs.
1. Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, and Succession modules.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions.
- Design process flows, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and solution architecture.
- Provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with global HR standards.
2. System Configuration
- Configure RCM and RMK components such as requisition templates, application templates, interview central, offer letters, career site builder, and job postings.
- Configure onboarding processes, workflows, forms, compliance content, and document management.
- Configure performance templates, goal plans, competencies, route maps, and calibration settings in PMGM.
- Configure Succession planning tools including talent pools, nominations, position management, and career development planning.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare test scripts, execute SIT, and support UAT cycles.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the key point of contact for HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct system demos, training sessions, and user onboarding workshops.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide expert advisory on HR process improvements.
5. Post-Go-Live Support & Enhancements
- Provide post‑implementation hypercare and ongoing application support.
- Monitor system performance, quarterly release updates, and regression testing.
Recommend improvements to enhance system usability, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
