About Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design, architect, and scale enterprise-level Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities using Salesforce Data Cloud.This role requires deep expertise across data modeling, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, insights, activation flows, and Salesforce multi-cloud integrations.The architect will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams to define end-to-end architecture, governance frameworks, and implementation standards.

What You'll Do:
- 7+yrs Experience Salesforce developer with strong experience with apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools.
- Architecture & Solution Design Design the end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including: Data Streams & Connectors Data Lake/Lakehouse integrations (zero-copy, federation) Data Model Objects (DMOs) Identity Resolution & Unification Calculated Insights Segments & Activation Targets Develop enterprise-wide Customer 360 architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, and Analytics. Define reference architectures, domain models, and data contracts for all Data Cloud use cases.
- Data Engineering & Ingestion Architecture Architect scalable data ingestion patterns: Batch, streaming, API-driven ingestion ETL/ELT pipelines (MuleSoft, Informatica, Fivetran, Talend) Data transformation and harmonization standards Define data governance, metadata strategy, lineage, retention, and privacy frameworks. Ensure compliance with PII, consent, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (where applicable).
- Identity Resolution & Unified Profile Design complex identity graphs using: Match Rules Reconciliation Rules Deterministic & probabilistic strategies Optimize profile unification performance and accuracy. Create best practices to reduce duplicates and improve profile quality.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Marketing Automation, Automation, SFMC, Campaign, Streams, Tagging, Intent, Localization, Salesforce - Data Cloud
- Segmentation, Insights & Activation Architect multi-domain audience segmentation frameworks. Define scalable Calculated Insights models (RFM, CLV, propensity, scores). Design enterprise activation patterns to: Marketing Cloud Engagement Marketing Cloud Personalization Service Cloud Commerce Cloud Ads / web personalization systems Data science / BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Integration & Multi-Cloud Architecture Architect end-to-end integrations with: Sales & Service Cloud Marketing Cloud (MC Connect, Contact Builder, Synchronized Data) Commerce platforms External APIs, mobile apps, web platforms Snowflake / BigQuery / Databricks / Synapse Create event-driven architectures using: Platform Events Event Relays Change Data Capture Real-time entry evaluations
