Internet Sales Assistant - Sewell Cadillac Buick GMC
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Appointment setting & coordination — converting leads to showroom visits, confirmations, and reminders
- CRM management — keeping lead records accurate, logging contact attempts, updating statuses
- Third-party lead source oversight — monitoring feeds from providers like AutoTrader, CarGurus, etc.
- Chat & text lead management — platforms like Podium or similar
- Response templates — owning the email/text scripts for consistency across the team
- Online review monitoring — since it ties closely to the internet presence
- Performance metrics section — spelled out the KPIs (response time, leads sold, FQR compliance, etc.) so expectations are clear from day one
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Background and drug screening
Summary
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
