Warehouse Associate
Description

The Warehouse Associate supports all our warehouse operations. The position plays a key role in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, unload, inspect, and organize shipments to keep our warehouse stocked and running efficiently. This includes placing stock into inventory, ensuring it is properly stored, and checking expiration dates for freshness.
  • Assisting with Stock Replenishment: Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering new stock or restocking shelves as necessary.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, verify, and prepare orders for all of our operational channels.
  • Warehouse Maintenance & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations while identifying ways to improve processes.
  • Cycle Counting: Performing regular inventory checks and counting stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Material Handling: Moving products around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
  • Stock Rotation: Ensuring that products are rotated in the warehouse to prevent expiration or damage, following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Receiving and Sorting Returns: Processing returned goods, inspecting their condition, and restocking them as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED, with warehouse experience preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track inventory, inspect products, and fulfill orders without errors.
  • Time Management: Effectively managing time to prioritize tasks and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Willingness and ability to work as part of a team to meet shared goals and support colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to take on different tasks or adjust to changing work demands, schedules, and priorities.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform simple calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipment verification.
  • Safety Awareness: Understanding and following safety protocols to reduce risks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping the warehouse space neat and organized, ensuring easy access to materials and reducing inefficiencies.
