Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: ● Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement strategic initiatives. ● Overview of key projects and initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. ● Ensure alignment of company goals with actionable plans and track progress against objectives. Operational Management: ● Oversee day-to-day operations of the Founder’s Office. ● Coordinate and prioritize activities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective time management. ● Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Communication and Liaison: ● Serve as the primary point of contact between the founder and various internal and external stakeholders. ● Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments. ● Represent the Founder’s Office in meetings and ensure follow-up on action items. Project Management: ● Lead and manage cross-functional roles in Live projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. ● Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure successful project completion. Leadership and Team Management: ● Provide guidance and support to the Founder’s Office team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. ● Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. ● Ensure effective collaboration and synergy among team members. Continuous Improvement: ● Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. ● Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and efficiency. ● Conduct regular assessments to optimize operational processes and enhance overall performance. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a strategic or management role. ● Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital strategies, especially related to E-commerce. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. ● Proficiency in using tools and software such as ClickUp, Trello, or Confluence. ● Proven track record of working with CXO’s and leadership team for strategies ● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
