Your Mission:

As a working student, you will support the team in creating reliable data products and take responsibility for small projects in the field of Analytics Engineering. From day one, you will be a valued team member and gain practical experience in a great team with a modern infrastructure.

Here's How You'll Make An Impact

  • You adjust existing data models and ensure that they reflect the current business logic.
  • You ensure high data quality by implementing automated data and freshness tests.
  • You facilitate knowledge sharing within the company by creating and maintaining documentation.
  • You enable the analysis of new data sets by creating data models from scratch.
  • You ensure compliance with data processing standards, for example by flagging and masking sensitive data.

Your Qualification:

  • You are studying (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, industrial engineering or similar (advanced Bachelor's semester or in the Master's program).
  • You have some initial practical experience of working with data and knowledge of SQL.
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • You like to take responsibility for tasks and are motivated to develop your own solution approaches.
  • You enjoy collaborating and proactively seek out exchanges with colleagues, for example when advice or a second opinion is needed.
  • Bonus: You already have some experience with Git, dbt, BI tools like Looker and/or Python.
