Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Settlement Officer. The Settlement Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end settlement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Key duties include preparing and reviewing settlement documents, liaising with clients and third parties, performing financial reconciliations, and maintaining detailed records. The role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills, and exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and streamlined settlement experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Settlement processes and Finance-related knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Previous experience in financial services or settlement processes is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
