Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Setter role based in Bhopal. The Setter will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments with potential clients, generating leads, and providing overall support to the sales team. The role involves maintaining effective communication, ensuring a positive customer service experience, and assisting in coordinating schedules to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in sales processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools and CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the import-export or consultancy industry is advantageous
