</div><div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support accounts payable and receivable functions.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports </li>
<li>Maintain financial records and filing systems </li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and account discrepancies </li>
<li>Assist with payroll and data entry tasks </li>
<li>Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets </li>
<li>Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues </li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred </li>
<li>1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience </li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential financial information </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li>
