This role ensures that inventory levels are accurate and sufficient, equipment is properly maintained, and the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting fast-paced restoration teams with efficiency and reliability.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Inventory Control:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning products, personal protective equipment (PPE), and job-site consumables<br><br>
</li>
<li>Track inventory usage and conduct regular audits<br><br>
</li>
<li>Order supplies as needed to prevent shortages and ensure uninterrupted operations<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Equipment Management:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Clean, test, and maintain restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Perform minor repairs and coordinate servicing for major issues<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment is job-ready and compliant with company standards<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Warehouse Operations:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility<br><br>
</li>
<li>Oversee shipping and receiving of materials and equipment<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Logistics & Fleet Support:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage inventory check-in/check-out procedures for production crews<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support vehicle tracking and ensure fleet readiness<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining compliance for company vehicles and equipment<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus<br><br>
</li>
<li>Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment<br><br>
