<div>This position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and painting drywall surfaces in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This role includes repairing wall imperfections, applying primers and paint, and ensuring a smooth, professional finish that meets project specifications and quality standards.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prepare drywall surfaces by sanding, patching, mudding, and cleaning walls and ceilings </li>
<li>Repair cracks, holes, dents, and other surface imperfections </li>
<li>Apply primer, paint, texture, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment </li>
<li>Match paint colors and finishes according to customer or project requirements </li>
<li>Protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas with coverings and tape </li>
<li>Operate and maintain painting and drywall tools safely </li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines </li>
<li>Read blueprints, work orders, or project instructions when needed </li>
<li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area </li>

<strong>Required Skills and Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>5+ years’ Experience with drywall finishing and painting techniques </li>
<li>Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application methods </li>
<li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship </li>
<li>Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, lift materials, and work overhead </li>
<li>Time management and ability to meet deadlines </li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills </li>

<strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
<li>Previous construction or painting experience </li>
<li>Experience with texture spraying and finishing </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>

<strong>Work Environment<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites </li>
<li>May involve working at heights, in dusty conditions, or in varying temperatures </li>
