</div><div>As a future Restoration Supervisor, you’ll support and eventually oversee restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring quality work, a safe jobsite, and a positive customer experience. You’ll train directly under experienced leaders while gaining hands‑on experience in water, fire, mold, and property damage restoration.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Learn to <strong>assign, coordinate, and perform work activities</strong> on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Support and supervise Restoration Technicians, communicating clear expectations and maintaining quality control</li>
<li>Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures</li>
<li>Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided</li>
<li>Help manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution</li>
<li>Perform vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance as assigned</li>
<li>Continue developing restoration expertise, including equipment, cleaning products, and industry standards</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service as a front‑line representative of our brand</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>At least <strong>1 year of experience</strong> in cleaning, restoration, or construction (supervisory experience preferred)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset</li>
<li>Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, etc.)</li>
<li>Willingness to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>IICRC certifications are a plus</li>

<strong>What the Job Is Like<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is a full‑time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with frequent overtime opportunities. Work environments vary and may include exposure to heat, odors, airborne particles, and loud noise. Respirator use may occasionally be required for safety.<br><br>
