Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services (Vendor Risk Compliance)

As a Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services, you will support third-party risk compliance activities across active GPS subcontract and prime entities. This role offers the opportunity to manage TPRM records, analyze data, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help maintain compliance across the third-party lifecycle. You will contribute to efficient risk operations, accurate documentation, and timely approvals in a fast-paced environment.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services on the Vendor Risk Compliance team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain awareness of requirements, record status, and compliance obligations associated with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) records across active GPS subcontract and prime entities
- Manage an assigned portfolio and support TPRM compliance activities, including record creation, updates, renewals, withdrawals, and terminations throughout the third-party lifecycle
- Enter, validate, and maintain engagement and third-party data across TPRM Gateway and other applicable systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Collaborate with engagement teams, procurement specialists, third parties, and risk review groups to support submissions, expedite approvals, and resolve record issues
- Compile, analyze, and maintain TPRM data, historical records, supporting documentation, and compliance reporting metrics
- Support operational compliance by linking active TPRM IDs to active PO IDs and following required approval flow and documentation procedures
The team
Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway. Ensures risk policy and guidelines are followed as well as supports methods of communication and risk reporting the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance
- 2-3 years of professional experience in contracts, procurement, finance, compliance operations, or third-party risk management
- Experience configuring, administering, or supporting an application, platform, or workflow tool
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience entering, reviewing, and maintaining data and documentation in systems used for operational or compliance processes
- Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, or supporting metrics tracking using Power BI, analytics tools, or similar reporting tools
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes or vendor compliance activities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate approvals, documentation, and issue resolution
- Experience maintaining records throughout a subcontract, supplier, or vendor lifecycle
- Experience supporting compliance activities in a regulated or policy-driven environment
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools in reporting, analysis, or process support
