About the RoleArbor Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate ServiceNow Trainer to train aspiring professionals and help them build successful careers in the IT industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing real-world knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
🎯
Key Responsibilities• Deliver training sessions on ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.)
• Provide hands-on training with real-time scenarios and projects
• Design course content, assignments, and assessments
• Guide students on best practices, interview preparation, and career growth
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Required Skills• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
• Good understanding of JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Eligibility
• Prior training/mentoring experience is a plus
• 4–7 years of relevant industry experience
