We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer who can deliver end-to-end training from basic fundamentals to advanced concepts. The trainer should be capable of guiding learners with little to no prior experience and helping them become job-ready in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training programs covering ServiceNow from scratch to advanced level
- Teach core modules including:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Service Catalog
- CMDB & Asset Management
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts
- Provide hands-on practical sessions, assignments, and real-time use cases
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and certification (CSA/CAD)
- Conduct mock interviews and doubt-clearing sessions
- Track student progress and provide continuous feedback
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration & Development
- Good understanding of:
- ITIL concepts
- ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience in training or mentoring candidates
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Tamil (Preferred) – ability to explain concepts clearly in Tamil for better understanding
- ServiceNow certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) – plus
- Prior experience in training freshers or career switch candidates
