Hyderabad | Bangalore | Noida | Gurgaon | Pune
Key Skills
• Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro module
• Service Catalog, Flow Designer & Workflow Editor
• Client-side & server-side scripting
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Exposure to discovery tools (SCCM, BigFix, ADDM)
Responsibilities
• Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications
• Configure workflows and automation
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
