Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Technical Lead located in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include designing and configuring ServiceNow modules, integrating third-party tools, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and providing technical leadership to the development team. They will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform implementation, customization, and maintenance
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and integration tools to connect ServiceNow with external systems
- Skills in workflows, business logic, data modeling, and platform configuration
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities, with a focus on agile development methodologies
- Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and and understanding of ITOM and HRSD principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in ServiceNow are highly advantageous
