Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in TPRM implementations, platform configuration, workflow automation, vendor risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates with ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in Vendor Risk Management (VRM)/Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow functional solutions.
- Configure vendor onboarding, due diligence, inherent risk assessments, questionnaires, issue management, remediation plans, continuous monitoring, and vendor lifecycle processes.
- Configure IRM/GRC modules, including:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Configure workflows, notifications, approvals, SLAs, dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics.
- Participate in solution design, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, and support platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare functional documentation, solution design documents, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Follow ServiceNow implementation best practices and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong functional experience in ServiceNow TPRM/VRM and IRM/GRC implementations.
- Experience in configuring:
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Risk Assessments
- Questionnaires
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and reporting.
- Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Portal, CMDB, Performance Analytics, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Vendor Risk Management (VRM)/Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities, Performance Analytics, and Governance, Risk & Compliance best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow TPRM/VRM/IRM solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
