Role Overview-
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across the ServiceNow platform. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, platform configuration knowledge, and agile delivery support to ensure successful implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution requirements.
- Act as liaison between business users, architects, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Facilitate requirement prioritisation and backlog refinement sessions.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
ServiceNow Platform Delivery-
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design platform solutions.
- Support implementation and enhancement of likes of: ITSM ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, CMDB
- Service Portal / Employee Centre
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Review configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
- Assist in defining workflows, catalog items, forms, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, SLAs, and integrations.
Essential-
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA on ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
