Job details:
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow with a focus on ITOM and CMDB architecture
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Strong experience in CMDB architecture, data modeling, governance, and enterprise-wide strategy
- Ability to define and implement scalable CI class structures, relationships, and data quality frameworks
- Expertise in integration architecture, MID Server design, and complex infrastructure discovery patterns
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and performance optimization
- Experience in leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams
