✔ JavaScript, Glide APIs
✔ REST/SOAP Integrations & MID Server
✔ ITIL Processes & Service Lifecycle
🔹 Preferred:
✔ Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)
✔ DevOps & CI/CD Integrations
🎓 Certifications:
✅ CSA (Mandatory)
