Position: Senior Software Engineer

Your future duties and responsibilities
4–7+ years ServiceNow development with 2+ years on scoped apps & Scripted REST.
Proven delivery of ITSM solutions (Incidents, Tasks, Approvals, Workflows).
Comfortable in both classic server-side scripting (GlideScript) and Flow Designer / Workspace.
Strong knowledge of CSM and OM-T (Order Management for Telco)
Core Technical Skills
Scripted REST APIs : Design, input validation, error handling, authentication (OAuth/basic/ACL awareness).
Server-side scripting : Business rules, script includes, events.
Flow Designer + Approvals : designing flows, scheduled/reminder flows, email actions.
Workspace & Form Configuration : Workspace configuration, UI policies, UI actions, form layout customization.
Automated Test Framework (ATF) : creating test steps, test suites, scripted REST testing.
Security & access control : ACLs, group membership checks, input sanitization.
Source control & packaging : Update sets/Git / Scoped App packaging.
Optional but valuable : IntegrationHub, MID Server, Performance debugging, Service Portal, Scoped app development.
Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator is nice to have.
Soft skills / Behaviors
Systematic debugging and logging.
Clear design trade-offs.
Strong communication for walkthroughs.
Stakeholder orientation.
