Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SPM solutions, managing integrations, and supporting enterprise project and resource management workflows.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Demand Management, Resource Management, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Business Rules, integrations, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow SPM/PPM Development

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:
• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Agile Development (preferred)
• Configure Project Workbench, Planning Console, and Resource Plans
• Customize portfolio planning, investment funding, and financial tracking workflows
• Support Demand-to-Project lifecycle management
  

Platform Customization & Development

• Design and develop:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Flow Designer workflows
• Develop scalable and optimized ServiceNow solutions
• Maintain platform governance and development best practices
  

Integrations & Automation

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations
• Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server where required
• Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Track project financials, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
  
  

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, operations, and engineering
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and instance maintenance activities
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules
• Experience with:
• Demand Management
• Resource Management
• Portfolio Planning
• Financial Planning
• Strong scripting knowledge:
• Glide API
• GlideRecord
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• CIS-SPM or CIS-PPM Certification
• Experience with Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of Agile 2.0 or SAFe framework
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
