We’re Hiring: ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant
Location: Flexible / Hybrid / Onsite - Multiple Job Locations
Experience Required: 4+ Years
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) modules and platform development. If you have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise solutions and working closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Agile Development (preferred)
• Design and develop:
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
• Configure:
- Project Workbench
- Planning Console
- Resource Plans
• Customize:
- Portfolio Planning
- Investment Funding
- Financial Tracking
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools such as JIRA and MS Project
• Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensure platform governance, data integrity, upgrades, and instance maintenance
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
• Hands-on expertise with SPM / PPM modules
• Strong knowledge of:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Glide APIs
- Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
• Experience with Demand-to-Project lifecycle management
• Understanding of:
- Resource allocation & capacity planning
- Financial planning including cost, budget, and benefit tracking
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have:
• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• CIS-PPM / CIS-SPM Certification
• Experience with Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of Agile 2.0 / SAFe
