Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations, with expertise in SPM modules, workflow automation, and scripting.
Must-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Development & Integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and create high-level and low-level designs.
- Implement ServiceNow applications: Service Portals, Integration Hub, Custom Integrations.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog.
- Build integrations using SOAP, REST, Integration Hub spokes, and SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
- Configure Access Control (ACL), Business Rules, and Glide API scripting.
- Automate workflows using scheduled scripts, events, and notifications.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and rollouts.
- Data import using Import Sets, Transform Maps.
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Manage application deployments, upgrades, and security remediation.
Technical Expertise
- ServiceNow Now Platform, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub
- Client & Server-side scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Workflow Automation, Document Feeds, Scheduled Jobs
- Web Services (SOAP, REST), 3rd Party Integrations
- Automated Test Framework, Event Rule Configuration
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
