Job details:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and solution design, not just functional exposure.
- Good understanding of the CSM module, including case management, workflows, and service operations.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, or connectors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into a practical ServiceNow solution design.
- Telecom domain experience is useful, but ServiceNow platform experience is mandatory and should take priority.
- 6-10 years of experience in serviceNow
