Job Description
Experience: 6–10 Years
Role Summary
ServiceNow Solution Designer with Telco domain exposure to drive functional design and delivery for ITSM and Telco use cases for Optus.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
· Lead requirement workshops and solution design.
· Support integrations, testing, deployment, and UAT.
Must Have
· 4–6 years ServiceNow experience with ITSM focus.
· Good understanding of Telco operations & NOC processes.
· Expertise on Telco Industry solution/package
· CSA + CIS-ITSM preferred.
