Position Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Multi-module experience)

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while ensuring alignment with business objectives, platform best practices, and enterprise architecture standards. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure cohesive design, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across multiple modules
  • Design integrated solutions across ServiceNow modules and custom applications
  • Ensure architectural consistency, reusability, and alignment with best practices
  • Establish platform standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Define module interactions, data flow, and integration touchpoints
  • Review and approve functional and technical design documents
  • Design integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and third-party tools
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met
  • Mentor architects, developers, and business analysts
  • Provide architectural guidance during design reviews and sprint planning
  • Support presales activities including solutioning, estimations, and demos

Certifications:

  • Mandatory: CSA, CAD
  • Preferred: CIS – ITSM / ITOM / HRSD
