ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 6+ Years (9+ overall preferred)
Looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions, with strong expertise in CMDB & CSDM and exposure to Now Assist (GenAI).
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
Lead implementation & ensure best practices
Work on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
Handle integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
Implement Now Assist / AI capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders & mentor teams
Must Have
6+ years in ServiceNow (9+ overall)
Strong in architecture, CMDB, CSDM
Expertise in JavaScript & scripting
Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules
Hands-on with integrations & performance optimization
Good to Have
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CIS/CTA)
Agile/Scrum experience
Strong communication skills
