Role Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide platform transformation and define the future-state architecture of our clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible not just for solution design but for reimagining how the organisation leverages ServiceNow and AI/GenAI to drive productivity, automation, and business value at scale.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping platform strategy, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring ServiceNow becomes a true enterprise workflow and AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform strategy and transformation-related initiatives for our global clients.
- Assess the ServiceNow footprint holistically, including architecture, data, integration, and operating model.
- Advise clients on value realisation, platform consolidation, and prioritisation of OOTB components to drive efficiencies.
- Define clear value metrics related to ROI, productivity gains, and the impact of leveraging AI/Gen AI capabilities on the platform.
- Build target-state architecture aligned with enterprise and cloud strategies.
- Balance scalability, maintainability, and speed of delivery while making architectural choices in shaping the ServiceNow expansion strategy of our clients.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across domains and find fitment for AI capabilities related to Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual agents.
- Build awareness of leveraging external AI systems, including LLMs and other automation platforms, by integrating them with ServiceNow.
- Establish governance framework, standards, and best practices while championing configuration over customisation mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with strong experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect in large-scale environments
- Proven track record of leading platform transformations and enterprise-wide implementations
- Deep expertise across ServiceNow core platform + multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI capabilities and automation frameworks
- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and modern AI ecosystems (LLMs, APIs, automation tools)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, and integration patterns
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience engaging C-level executives
- Multiple ServiceNow certifications, ideally, a Certified Technical Architect.
Willingness to Travel
Should be comfortable in travelling to the UK/Europe occasionally to meet clients, run workshops, and brainstorm with the senior leadership team.
