Solution Architect, Platform brings architectural guidance, business acumen in the industry (e.g., Employee Experience, Customer Service, Information Technology, etc.), along with deep product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital based on industry’s best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Overall, 12-15 years of experience and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Strategy
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
- Manage and implement ServiceNow Development standards and best practices along with Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Implementation or management experience on various ServiceNow modules, including Customer & Contract Management, Complex Case Workflow, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, ServiceNow Now Assist (AI), Platform Analytics (Advanced), and Automation Engine
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams.
