Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions that improve visibility, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in ITOM modules such as:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and background scripts.
- Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, CIs, relationship mapping, data quality, and governance standards.
- Experience implementing Discovery on cloud and on-prem (AWS, Azure, VMware, etc.).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS–ITOM certifications are a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Event Management
- Orchestration / Automation
- Configure MID servers, patterns, probes, sensors, and integrations.
- Build and maintain CMDB health dashboards, reconciliation rules, and data governance workflows.
- Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other ServiceNow-supported protocols.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to enhance operational visibility.
- Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues and ensure optimal performance of platform components.
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide best-practice guidance.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and SOPs.
