Role Description
We are looking for a 8+years experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in ITOM & CMDB to design and deliver scalable solutions.
🔹 Key Skills:
- Hands-on in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Strong CMDB & CSDM knowledge
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- Integration experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- Good understanding of ITIL & Agile
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement ITOM solutions
- Maintain CMDB data quality & governance
- Build integrations and automate workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow implementations
