Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant located in Hyderabad. The ServiceNow Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading and delivering ServiceNow implementation projects, developing and configuring custom solutions, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and optimizing IT service management processes. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring the effective use of the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Integration skills
- Expertise in IT Service Management and Project Management
- Experience with Databases and related technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform on various modules, ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, IRM, SecOps, CMDB, CSDM5.0 etc
