Hiring: Sales Director | Work4Flow

At Work4Flow, we are on a mission to transform how enterprises operate through intelligent workflow automation. We help organizations unlock efficiency, scalability, and real-time visibility across their business operations.
We are now looking for a high-impact Sales Director to lead and scale our ServiceNow, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions business across the U.S.
💼 Role Overview
This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will drive revenue growth, build GTM strategies, and expand enterprise partnerships across North America.
If you have a strong track record in enterprise tech sales + ServiceNow ecosystem, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📊 Strategic Sales Leadership
Define & execute U.S. sales strategy aligned with revenue goals
Own a multi-million-dollar pipeline
Build scalable GTM strategies with cross-functional teams
🤝 Enterprise Sales Execution
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
Engage with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP level)
Deliver strong value propositions & ROI-driven solutions
🔗 Partner Ecosystem
Collaborate with ServiceNow partner teams
Drive co-sell strategies & joint business plans
📈 Forecasting & Reporting
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Track KPIs like win rate, deal size & sales velocity
👥 Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor SDRs & sales associates
Build a culture of performance & customer obsession
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years in enterprise tech sales
4+ years of ServiceNow sales experience
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar pipelines
Strong experience engaging C-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
⭐ Preferred
Experience in co-selling with ServiceNow partners
Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow platforms
GTM strategy & market expansion experience
Leadership & team mentoring background
