About the Role
The ServiceNow Quality Engineer (QE) is responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing for cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases and automation scripts
- Perform functional, regression, API, and UI testing
- Work with developers to identify and fix defects
- Build and maintain automation frameworks
- Use ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for platform testing
- Support CI/CD and Agile development processes
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ Years
Required Skills
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing
- Experience with cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Location: Bengaluru, KA (Only Local Candidates Can Apply)
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 PM)
