ServiceNow QANow Assist
- Overall 5 Years of experience in Quality assurance and Minimum of 3 yrs of ServiceNow experience in working as a QA engineer in one of the platform ITSM CSM and HRSD modules
- Candidates should have strong expertise in Now Assist Now Assist VA Agentic AI PredictiveTask Intelligence AICT etc
- Must have very good understanding and project experience of Writing and executing Test cases Creating Test plans Functional Testing Regression Testing
- Excellent Communication skills written verbal Interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies
- Handson experience in writing and executing automation test scripts is advantageous
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Test repos like JIRA Test Director QTP TOSCA is a definite pluseri
