🚀 Hiring: ServiceNow QA Professional
📍 Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a ServiceNow QA professional with hands-on experience in testing and validating applications across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. If you know your way around workflows, testing frameworks, and actually enjoy breaking things before users do — this role is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow applications
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Work with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automation
- Validate end-to-end workflows, integrations, and system behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute actively to discussions
- Identify, track, and resolve defects efficiently
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Work on Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, and Order Guides
- Support workflows using Flow Designer
🛠 Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Solid understanding of ITSM modules
- Exposure to manual + automation testing
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with APIs and integrations
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with modern testing frameworks/tools
- Exposure to complex enterprise workflows
- Ability to act as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
📌 Additional Details
- Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow experience required
- 15 years of full-time education mandatory
- Must be comfortable working from office (Bengaluru)
