Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- Ensure successful execution of projects from initiation to closure, meeting all milestones and deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and other business units, to understand requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project progress.
Risk Management :
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement strategies to manage change effectively and minimize potential disruptions.
Quality Assurance :
- Establish and enforce quality standards for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Training And Documentation :
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and support teams on ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing documentation.
