Role Description
This full-time, remote ServiceNow Project Delivery Lead role entails overseeing the delivery of ServiceNow projects while ensuring solutions meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing project teams, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and administration
- Proven ability in project management, including planning, scheduling, and team leadership
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Enterprise Service Delivery
- Experience in workflow automation and integration with other enterprise systems
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and transform them into actionable plans
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
