🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Experts (Telecom Domain)
We are looking for high-impact ServiceNow professionals to work on large-scale telecom transformation programs.
These are not routine roles — we’re building end-to-end enterprise platforms across CPQ, OMS, Billing, and ITSM ecosystems.
🔹 Open Roles
• System Engineer (4 positions) Experience: 3–6 years
• Business Analyst (3 positions) Experience: 4–8 years
• System Architect (2 positions) Experience: 8–14 years
• Enterprise Architect (2 positions) Experience: 12–18+ years
Below skills are manatory
CPQ + OMS + Billing
TMF frameworks
🔹 Key Skills Required
• Strong experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)
• Integration Hub & API-based integrations
• CPQ, OMT, Service Catalog
• Inventory & Co-Management
• Telecom domain knowledge (BSS/OSS)
🔹 For Architects (Critical Roles)
• End-to-end architecture across CRM, CPQ, OMS, Billing, Assurance
• Alignment with TMF ODA / eTOM and Open APIs
• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong governance over data models, CMDB, and integrations
• Ability to lead platform standards and cross-module architecture
