ServiceNow Professionals – Multiple Roles (Architect / Senior Developer / Administrator / CMDB Engineer)
📍 Location: Chennai
🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Governance: Define and maintain ServiceNow architecture, enforce design standards, and align with enterprise IT strategy.
- Development & Integrations: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
- Administration & Operations: Manage ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge), configure workflows, dashboards, and ensure platform health.
- CMDB Management: Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with external tools (SCCM, Solarwinds, Qualys, cloud infra).
- Performance & Compliance: Ensure platform security, scalability, upgrade readiness, and compliance with ITIL/GRC standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
🎯 Required Skills
- 4 – 1 4 years of IT experience (depending on the role).
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC.
- Hands-on with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and performance analytics.
- Proven experience in integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, Technical Architect, CMDB Specialist).
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Knowledge of cloud integrations (AWS, Azure).
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
