Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Presales Technical Architect to drive solutioning, technical strategy, and customer engagement across ServiceNow opportunities. This role will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, enabling high-quality proposals, demos, and client confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for ServiceNow opportunities across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define requirements, and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Architect innovative, value-driven solutions aligned with industry best practices and ServiceNow capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and build compelling proposals
- Design and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs showcasing platform capabilities
- Provide effort estimation, solution sizing, and implementation roadmap
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Stay updated with ServiceNow product roadmap and emerging features
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
- Hands-on experience across key modules:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- SecOps (Security Operations)
- Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
- Experience in workflow automation, scripting (JavaScript), and platform customization
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS) and enterprise IT landscapes
Presales & Consulting Skills
- Strong experience in solution consulting and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Expertise in proposal creation, value articulation, and ROI positioning
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation deals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly desirable
Experience
- 8–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
- Proven track record in presales, solutioning, or consulting roles
- Experience working with global clients and complex enterprise environments
