About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Platform Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring the operational health, reliability, and continuous improvement of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow platform.
This role requires strong expertise in incident management, platform lifecycle operations, automation, and governance, with a focus on improving service quality and reducing manual effort through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management & Support (L2)
Diagnose and resolve L2 incidents across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Risk, and Service Portals
Troubleshoot Issues Related To

- Platform Lifecycle Management
Execute ServiceNow patching and upgrade cycles aligned with product roadmap

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA – Mandatory)
