About the Role:
We're hiring hands-on ServiceNow Platform Developers to design and build solutions across the Now Platform for a leading enterprise client. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll deliver end-to-end across multiple modules, not just tickets. More details will be shared once shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop applications on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM and ITOM.
• Build and maintain workflows with Flow Designer, and server/client logic (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs).
• Develop Service Portal / UI Builder components, widgets, catalog items and record producers.
• Build integrations via IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP APIs across multiple data sources and systems.
• Support ITOM capabilities - Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB health.
• Own delivery end-to-end from build to UAT and production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Real delivery across at least two of ITSM / CSM / ITOM (all three is a strong plus).
• Strong scripting - JavaScript / GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs.
• Hands-on Flow Designer and integrations (IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs).
• Service Portal / UI Builder and CMDB familiarity.
• CSA certification preferred; CIS (any module) a plus.
• Available for a technical screening round after an initial assessment.
• Immediate / early joiner preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent).
