Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with multimodule experience. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, consulting with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring the integration of solutions into existing systems. Key tasks will include supervising software development processes, optimizing business processes, and providing strategic guidance to enhance ServiceNow deployments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and designing scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Strong consulting skills to analyze business needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Experience in Software Development and leveraging programming techniques for ServiceNow configurations
- Knowledge of Integration methodologies and the ability to seamlessly connect ServiceNow with external systems
- Proficiency in evaluating and optimizing Business Processes for operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are a plus
